  • The whisk: which can whip up to 16 egg whites, from 60 to 600 revolutions per minute according to your requirements.
  • The paddle: which mixes or beats up to 1.5 kg of softened butter, at medium speed (from 60 to 420 revolutions per minute)
  • The spiral: which kneads up to 4 kg of bread dough at slow speed (60 to 80 revolutions per minute).

Moreover, the very domed bottom of the bowl favors dough work and also allows you to work with very small quantities with a perfect result.
